The staff was friendly! They were proud of the hotel heritage and brought me around. I ordered food from the hotel and dined at the balcony. The food smell would not stay in the room. I like the big TV screen!!!
The minibar in the room was not filled. Suitcases must be carried to the hotel myself. Used dishes were cleared from the table only after request. It was too bad!!!

The staff were really pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. The swimming pools looked lovely, and I enjoyed the surrounding area. I also appreciated the architecture. It had a spacious feel both inside and outside.
I was disappointed to find the balcony of my Beautiful Mayfair Room was a bit dirty. The Nescafe Gold sachets in the room had expired in April 2021. I informed One Touch Service, and housekeeping sent fresh sachets to our room.

The room had doors to the pool. The breakfast had everything i could want. I also enjoyed the two nice pools. The hotel also had a very good location near many shops.
The lobby smelled like paint on the day i checked out. The hotel room didn't have umbrellas. It was inconvenient. I had to bring my own.

I booked the beautiful premier king for a birthday celebration. the room was available early, around 12.30pm, and i could use my dining vouchers at the coffee lounge. i received an upgrade to the junior suite, arranged by yoke chong. I'm very grateful. the stay began with a tour. The hotel is the second oldest! it was excellent.
The coffee lounge was slow with my partner's beef medallions. I almost finished my dish first. the medallions were well done instead of medium rare. the refire also took too long, disappointing.

the hotel is located conveniently near popular shopping and dining areas; getting around was easy. the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, providing a welcome escape from the city bustle, which is something i valued. the hotel's central position really enhanced my stay.

the hotel has two pools, including a more private one surrounded by lush greenery; this was a big plus. i noticed that each private room at the min jiang restaurant had its own restroom, very convenient. the architecture of the lobby and restaurants are pleasing.

the staff were enthusiastic and made my stay very luxurious; this made a difference. lynn from the deli helped confirm if cakes had dairy, which i really appreciated. brandon, the cafe manager, arranged special longevity buns; it was thoughtful.

the junior suite faced the mayfair pool, making me feel i was in bali; that was very relaxing. my room was clean and refurbished, it was great. it featured good amenities like a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

the intimate wedding luncheon at min jiang restaurant featured amazing food; i loved everything. the hotel arranged a birthday cake to be sent to the room, which i found so thoughtful. gordon's grill offered lovely meals and reasonably priced steaks.
